Return Policy

We maintain a no-return, no-exchange policy, but defective products will be handled per UAE consumer protection law.

Customers will not be able to cancel their order it will be processed immediately after confirmation.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Products: Due to hygiene reasons, hair serums cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Procedure:
• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving a defective product by providing photo evidence.
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of stock.

Delivery Policy

2 Delivery Time:
• GCC: 5-7 business days
• MENA: 7-10 business days
3 Shipping Charges:
